Council Strategic Plan

Implementation of the Council Strategic Plan is well underway. The plan has been communicated to Scout Families, Volunteers, Board Members and community stakeholders. Leaders have been recruited to spear-head each of the plans 16 planks that will ensure that Scouting is the Premier Choice in Atlanta for youth and families, volunteers and staff, and for community stakeholders. We are on track for timely implementation of the plan which has generated quite a bit of excitement and enthusiasm for the Scouting program in Atlanta. Click here to view the Strategic Plan.
